Our goal is to bring together borrowers and investors by making prudent morgage decisions that benefit both parties.  Our lending philosophy is based on real estate collateral as the primary factor for insuring an investor's money is paid back. The general term most people recognize for this philosophy is Hard Money lending.

Although we act as a broker in all transactions, we function more as a lender. We underwrite and our private lenders fund the loan. We are able to make quick underwriting decisions because there are no committees to consult with, outside people to wait on, nor any hard and fast written guidelines to follow.
