If you are looking for a commercial mortgage below $300,000 we may be your best (and only) source. Most commecial hard money lenders don't offer loan amounts any smaller.

- Light Industrial
Single- or multi-tenanted spaces used for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or research and development.
- Special Purpose
We even consider special purpose properties at a reduced LTV.
