All our loans have a fixed interest rate. We do not offer variable rate loans.
Since our loans are short term in nature, five years or less, it only makes sense for borrowers to have a fixed rate loan. Borrowers and investors prefer to know what the interest rate will be over the life of the loan, thus eliminating rate fluctuation risk and payment shock risk from the lending equation.
